7.5. Any complaint regarding the delivery must be made within 7 days following receipt of the artwork.

11.2. Any request for repair or maintenance of artworks must be addressed directly to our after-sales service.

12.1. All artworks and elements on the Site are the exclusive property of Collar. Their reproduction, distribution, or any other unauthorized use is prohibited.

12.2. The trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs are the property of the Company and are protected by applicable laws.

13.1. Collar reserves all rights to its creations and the content of the Site. Any unauthorized use of these creations, images, and texts is strictly prohibited.
